| The founding members of P2 realised, while working over a number of years as internal senior management employees and management consultants, that there are an abundance of problems within Australian workforces.
The members realised that there is little awareness of these problems through the various levels within organisations. Many organisations are implementing initiatives (e.g. change management) without measurement of the effectiveness of these initiatives.
In 2008, P2 was formed with the aim of assisting organisations to identify areas of weakness and to share this information with various stakeholders throughout the organisation. With extensive experience in the field, the members seek to improve in areas of business where there is a lack of expertise and experience in the marketplace is lacking. |
