P2 specialises in the construction and analysis of, and reporting on various organisational surveys. These surveys assist companies in identifying improvement areas within their business and help identify focus areas for improving business performance.

P2 adopts the following unique approach:

We research the organisation and industry and include all stakeholders in understanding the survey requirements and objectives
We involve stakeholders in every step of the process to ensure alignment of objectives and buy-in
We do not use templates rather, we develop our surveys specifically for the organisation while utilising benchmarks and best practice
All our surveys are analysed by individuals with high-level business experience and who understand the needs of organisations, executives and Boards
Our reports are comprehensive and geared to the objectives of the survey; yet a key requirement of P2 is that our reports remain user friendly and concise. Our reports are customised to the organisation and target audience so that it is easily readable and understandable
Our presentations are professional. Our employees have had extensive experience presenting at all organisational levels (including Board)
