The founding members of P2 realised, while working over a number of years as internal senior management employees and management consultants, that there are an abundance of problems within Australian workforces.
The members realised that there is little awareness of these problems through the various levels within organisations. Many organisations are implementing initiatives (e.g. change management) without measurement of the effectiveness of these initiatives.
In 2008, P2 was formed with the aim of assisting organisations to identify areas of weakness and to share this information with various stakeholders throughout the organisation. With extensive experience in the field, the members seek to improve in areas of business where there is a lack of expertise and experience in the marketplace is lacking.
Most other consultancies offer template generated generic surveys with the majority of these consultancies focusing on large corporate, the so –called top-end of town. There is a lack of focus on the middle market segment of the Australian marketplace, an area which is central to the success of the Australian economy. .
P2 was established to assist such organisations make informed decisions based on real information that is easy to understand and user friendly. Experience and customer feedback has shown us that consultancies often use too much jargon, filling their reports with technical terms and phrases and often gearing the solution to their own needs rather than to the organisation’s objectives.
P2 is passionate about the surveying and measurement of business information and data, with extensive experience both locally and globally; with excellent analytical skills and business understanding we believe we can positively influence change and assist companies.
