Originally from a Human Resources generalist background, Michael has over 9 years experience in a wide range of Human Resource disciplines including:

- Return on Investment measurement
Michael has worked both as an external consultant (in organisations such as Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and the LR Group) assisting them with a wide range of business problems as well as internally within organisations. This allows Michael to balance his business acumen with an understanding of the internal complexity of businesses when providing services to P2 clients.
In the last 2 years, Michael has utilised his skills and experience in the areas of Return on Investment and survey construction, analysis and reporting. He has been extensively involved with assisting blue chip organisations understand their clients, customers, employees and organisation as well as the impact of initiatives and projects on the company as a whole.
