How do we do it? – Our Approach
P2 adopts the following process when engaging in solutions:
Our approach is to develop surveys in line with the organisations’ specific requirements and objectives.  We do not utilise templates but rather build on our expertise and benchmarks to ensure that the surveys are robust and address requirements.

We are able to assist organisations with:

  • Identifying objectives and rationale for survey development
  • Survey construction – provide expertise on the appropriate themes to survey as well as  type, phrasing and format of questions to elicit relevant objective feedback.
  • Survey analysis – in depth analysis of survey data in order to establish trends and outcomes. 
  • Survey reporting – comprehensive yet user friendly report generation targeted at the appropriate audience
  • Presentations – professional presentation of findings to the target audience
Traditionally Human Capital projects and initiatives have been difficult to measure tangibly. We at P2 are able to measure Return on Investment/Expectation for Human Capital interventions. These may include learning and development, performance management, culture change management, job profiling, etc. This results in bridging the gap between Human Capital and Finance thereby allowing Human Resource to play a strategic role within the organisation.
